Refund policy

We want you to love your crochet hook as much as we loved making it.

Returns: Because each hook is handcrafted in small batches, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges: We can only offer exchanges if your product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Custom Orders: All custom-made items are final sale. We are not accepting custom orders at this time.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
